FAQ's

How often can I schedule services?

Scoop Waggon offers services from one time only scoops, weekly, biweekly and monthly.
Does somebody need to be home for service?
As long as we can access your yard and your dogs are secured, there's no need for anyone to be home at the time of service.
Can I change or cancel service?
Absolutely! Just let us know what changes you need to make (service frequency, number of dogs, vacation, etc.) and we'll gladly work with you to make the changes as needed. You can cancel service anytime. Services will end upon completion of all paid services for that month.
Do you offer year round service?

Yes. As long as it is safe to do so and we can access your yard without obstructions we'll scoop as normal. During winter, some waste may get buried by snow. In those cases we'll continue to scoop what we can and scoop the remaining waste as snow melts and exposes the waste at no additional cost.
Are your services safe and sanitary for my dogs?

Of course. We love dogs and would never want to place them at any undo risk of disease from other dogs. That's why we use industrial strength sanitizer to clean and sanitize our equipment immediately after each service. This helps to ensure that we aren't tracking in any diseases from other dogs. Keeping your dogs safe and healthy is our #1 priority.
