These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Scoop Waggon LLC's Website, located at https://scoopwaggon.com.

These terms help us provide you with clear, easy to understand terms of our services, and by continuing to use our site or book a service, you’re letting us know you’ve read and understand these terms. If you have any additional concerns not addressed here, feel free to reach out with any questions, or if you prefer, you can choose not to use our services.

  • All services will be billed on a monthly basis with a credit card on file. Payment required before service begins.

  • Our service fees are based on the size of a standard 1/8-acre yard and number of dogs. Yards larger than this may incur an additional fee. Any additional fees will be discussed prior to service.

  • Dog waste will be double bagged, deodorized and deposited into your trash can or designated spot.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that we can access the necessary areas and that aggressive dogs are secured prior to service.

  • If your gate has a padlock with a combination or key, please provide it to us. We will secure the gate upon completion of our service and text you a photo as confirmation.

  • If we cannot access your yard during our scheduled service due to a locked gate or an aggressive dog, we will skip your home that week and double up the following week.

Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard on the next scheduled.

We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.

Prices are subject to change at any time. For any updates in pricing, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.

Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time.

To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, we ask all clients to keep their grass at a reasonable height and free from leaves, sticks and debris to the best of their ability. This will help ensure that we are able to pick up all the dog waste in your yard without missing anything.

We believe in clear and straightforward pricing—no surprises, just great service! Here’s how it works:

  • Upfront Pricing: When you book a service with us, we’ll provide you with a clear breakdown of the costs so you know exactly what to expect. If there are any additional charges, like special requests or extra services, we’ll let you know before we get started.

  • Quotes: Quotes provided are for the most part accurate but are not final until we physically inspect the property. We will let you know once we know the final price.

  • Service Adjustments: If anything changes with your property or service needs (e.g., a larger yard, the addition of a new dog to the family, or a different schedule), we may adjust your pricing to reflect that. Don’t worry—we’ll always discuss any changes with you beforehand.

  • No Hidden Fees: We’re all about transparency! The price we give is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs.

  • Promotions and Discounts: From time to time, we may offer special deals or discounts.

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. We’ll notify you of any changes or updates to these terms.

By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms of service.
